We are looking for a Intern Process Engineer AI/Machine Learning/ Deep Learning to support our R&D team based in San Biagio di Callalta - (Treviso).

This opportunity is aimed at Master's Thesis Student's or New Collage Graduates available for an internship.

Tasks:

Main topic of the internship (or Master Thesis) is the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to image analysis and defect detection, data modelling or signals processing.

Job description

After a proper training period, the intern will be work in the Metrology team as Process Engineer for development and integration of Artificial Intelligence techniques for image analysis or signal processing, both in the photovoltaic industry and other hi-tech applications.

Beside the development of suited software applications, as Intern Process Engineer he/she will be on charge of definition of experimental method for performance evaluation: detection precision, algorithm repeatability and reproducibility, sensibility, detection failure analysis…

It is also required to perform hands-on testing with Machine Vision systems for debugging and validation.

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor degree in: Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, SW Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, AI and Automation Engineering or similar.

• Solid theoretical technical background (preferred in machine vision or software development)

Soft skills: autonomous on performing assigned task, willing to learn and to face new and challenging technical issues, team worker

Knowledge of software languages like C++, C#
