What You’ll Do

As a Sales Project Manager, you’ll be an integral member of the centralized and dedicated Sales Support function under Applied Global Services, administering the Headquarters Sales excellence initiatives designed to meet global targets. You will be based in your home country (“region”) and be knowledgeable about region specifics and daily needs, connecting back to headquarters and bridging support for regional sales operations among various accounts. To be successful in role, you will rely on your expertise in processing massive, complex information and data to generate insights and propose solutions to solve problems.

You will be responsible for contributing to Global Services sales initiatives, building up response-for-pricing / response-for-quotation responses mechanisms, and facilitating CRM automation for optimization. The ultimate goal is to maximize our Services Sales’ time spent with customers instead of internal coordination to close a deal.

About Our Program

New hires will join a two-year customized New College Graduate (NCG) program, onboarding between November 2024 and January 2025. During the program, you will be assigned a mentor who will help as you equip yourself with required knowledge, skillsets & competences to fulfil your role’s responsibilities.

Along the way, you will have access to explore and identify a desired career path within the Applied Global Services Sales organization and become our next-generation Services Sales.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Global Sales Initiatives
    • Drive incremental tool count objective by identifying potential Loss opportunities
    • “Push” service opportunities together with Sales
    • Produce success stories content in the way of short videos sharing cross-functional success stories in the Region via collaboration (from interview, script development down to video making)
  • Response-for-Pricing / Response-for-Quotation Responses
    • Help develop guidelines for pricing / quotation proposals, timelines / milestones, service description
    • Assist in aligning internal deal decisions
  • CRM Automation
    • Collaborate with CRM Team to prioritize field critical issues, and help drive to resolution
    • Communicate CRM automation evolutions to/from Field Sales

Minimum Qualifications:

  • New college graduates or early-career talent with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years’ work experience
  • Commitment to curiosity and openness to learn new things
  • Resilience in the face of setbacks & challenges
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English skills – both oral and written.  Can effectively communicate in fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Sales experience
  • Master’s degree

Travel Rate:

  • 5% every year – mainly to join internal workshops in country & abroad
