Key Responsibilities

Leads continual improvement projects and drives innovation for digital tools. Globally the power user serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools
Internally communicates difficult concepts and persuades others with differencing viewpoints.  
Recommends best practice for troubleshooting to team.  Leads troubleshooting efforts using digital tools. 
Provides feedback to Package owner on content and best practice. Implements and tests solutions for new issues. 
Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting.  Highly knowledgeable in various tools and systems. Knowledgeable in advanced modeling techniques and BKM

Years of Experience:

  • 7 - 10 Years

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.  Have in depth knowledge of Applied's products and applications.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
