- The process owner and focal of customer escalation and field nonconformance during tool startup
- Follow up the containment action (impact/risk lot control) and drive the corrective/preventive action for future startup NC reduction , thereby minimizing the unexpected impacts on tool installation schedule and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Regular NC data collection & analysis for potential risks early detection and drive the continuous improvement to meet KPI
- Regular meeting with CE (Customer ENG.) and cross function BU for continuous improvement
- International business trips to customer site are required (10%)
Requirement
- Has strong understanding of quality concepts and is familiar with 8D process.
- Basic knowledge of Display tool and Manufacturing process
- Microsoft Office Tool operation, especially Excel (data mining/analysis) & PowerPoint (report/presentation)
- Good communicator among cross-function team
- Explain complex information to others in an effective manner
- Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
