Applied Materials EPG (Equipment Product Group) operations group is responsible for production of equipment and non-system orders for 200mm Semi, legacy Semi metrology and inspection, solar inspection and Mask equipment globally in the AGS(Applied Global Services) product portfolio. This role is focus on bonded operation 保稅進出口管理, included spare parts/equipment entered into or released from the Science Park

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily outbound release order verification and randomly inspect the physical cargo.

  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the registration and control of bonded handbooks and the submission of BOM.

  • Responsible for managing the outsourcing operation including raw materials transfers and receiving of semi-finished good.

  • Oversight customs clearance service accuracy and quality and provide compliance guidance if needed.

  • Proactive support bonded operation to minimize risk that could disrupt outbound activity.

  • Assist in regular cycle count and annual inventory cycle count processes.

  • Support ad hoc customs/bonded projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Logistics/International Trade or equivalent by experience.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in Taiwan bonded/import/export field.

  • Licensed with Customs bonded science park factory certified by Taiwan Customs authorities is a must. 科學園區保稅業務人員證照

  • Experience of bonded operation as well as import and export process.

  • Experience with Bonded system is preferred.

  • SAP ERP knowledge is preferred.

  • English capability: TOEIC550 above
