What You’ll Do

Applied’s Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Project Manager/ Program Manager to help manage and execute the organization’s key objectives. The Project/ Program Manager will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to take a data-led and planful approach to execute against our strategic and operational goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with the senior leaders and program/change leaders to design, build and execute innovative projects and programs

  • Become an expert in translating internal and external talent data into actionable insights through various mediums of communication 

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment against collective goals, meeting timelines and staying within budget 

  • Drive project execution within a matrixed organization by managing partner and stakeholder communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables  

  • Manage meetings, project plans, budgets, debriefs and post-pilot strategies  

  • Ensure regular and clear communication of program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 

Functional/Business knowledge

  • Strong storytelling, written and oral communication skills 

  • Strong capabilities working with data and translating into effective data visualizations (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint skills)

  • Knowledge and effective usage of project management methodologies, processes and software/tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Asana)

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and/or handling people analytics a plus

Leadership

  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy

  • Lead workstreams for mid-size projects and programs

  • Ability to influence without direct authority 

Problem Solving

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to apply analytical rigor in identifying root causes and areas to optimize work, exercising judgment to balance competing demands

  • Maintains a keen eye for detail and quality while managing multiple stakeholders concurrently

U.S. Salary Range:

$112,000.00 - $154,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
