We are looking for an exceptionally talentedProduct Group Manager to lead a group of Product Managers that are responsible to initiate & drive the product roadmap with an in-depth understanding of customer technology and its translation to new capabilities needsto be part of the systemperformance envelope.

Our Group:
The product management groupis responsible to define anddrive the roadmap of a leading Ebeam defect control productsin the semiconductor industryand the required development needed to make suretheshort and long-term business requirements are met.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a group ofProduct managers.
Work with senior business group management to Initiate and lead the best product roadmap.
End to end responsibilityfor making sure the product defined, developed & implementedmeetscustomer expectations & needs.
Aspire for data driven decisions. As such, make sure the relevant data collected, analyzed, and concluded to the right decisions which drive product roadmap to the meet its short&longterm targets.
What you should have?
BSc in engineeringor other exact science
Minimum 5 yearsof management experience
Minimum 5 years ofexperienceas product manager / system engineer / solution architect.
Experience in matrix management of cross-functional teams
Experience in the semiconductors market – Advantage
Experience with Ebeam technology – Advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew/English
