Key Responsibilities

• End 2 end features ownership from PRD to implementation on site (value assessment, grooming, app qual).

• Decompose customer HVP into BU's problem statement.

• Lead product roadmap in his area of expertise for future solutions.

• Technical expert in his area.

• New features - 1st level escalation for field issues. Define SW requirements if required.

• Mature features- 2nd level escalation for field issues. Define SW requirements if required.

• Acknowledged expert by the BU and account teams.

• Constantly seeking to optimize the system performance in his domain.

• Collaborate with Technology stakeholders.

• Train application experts and SW support. Guide them on technical escalations.

Functional Knowledge

• Tool Application suit. Customer's production process and customer HVPs. Tool system. Tool Algo flow.

Business Expertise

• Lead product requirements creation, development and application qualification on features.

Leadership

• May provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members.

Problem Solving

• Solve problems independently.

Impact

• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others in the team and adjacent disciplines.

Interpersonal Skills

• Communicates difficult concepts, unites a multi-disciplinary team around his feature.
