- End 2 end features ownership from PRD to implementation on site (value assessment, grooming, app qual).
Decompose customer HVP into BU's problem statement.
Lead product roadmap in his area of expertise for future solutions.
Technical expert in his area.
New features - 1st level escalation for field issues. Define SW requirements if required.
Mature features- 2nd level escalation for field issues. Define SW requirements if required.
Acknowledged expert by the BU and account teams.
Constantly seeking to optimize the system performance in his domain.
Collaborate with Technology stakeholders.
Train application experts and SW support. Guide them on technical escalations.
Functional Knowledge
- Tool Application suit. Customer's production process and customer HVPs. Tool system. Tool Algo flow.
Business Expertise
- Lead product requirements creation, development and application qualification on features.
Leadership
- May provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members.
