Apply Job ID R2419321Applied Materials Field Service Organization (FSO) has a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance Technician with experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware. You will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, in a fast-paced manufacturing cleanroom. Ideal candidates will have experience with inspecting, installing, analyzing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic/electrical hardware. Technicians additionally will be responsible for monitoring equipment, ordering, and returning parts, documenting work, and have proficient computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to work off shift hours and weekends when required
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment
- Support New product Development within engineering and in the field
- Assist in the development of field service bulletins
- Support technical escalations conference calls
- Travel 10%

$23.00 - $31.35The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
