Sr Manager Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops broad and comprehensive business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
  • Conducts broad and comprehensive competitive analysis for specific products or product lines in Advanced Packaging.
  • Applies broad and comprehensive knowledge to establish pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements.
  • Manages the Field support to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration.

Functional Knowledge

  • Technical knowledge in the physics and the operation principles in semiconductor equipment related to exposure, metrology and inspection.

Business Expertise

  • Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function in Advanced Packaging.
  • Back-end packaging or front-end fab process hand-on industrial experience for >5-8 years, PDK design experience a plus.

Leadership

  • Collaborative team work to facilitate the success cross-functional matrix.

Problem Solving

  • Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems.
  • Independent in customer communication, problem solving, product messaging in value differentiation, use case development, and competitive scorecards.

  • Impacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans.
  • Guided by business unit, department or sub-functional business plans.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Influences others internally and externally, including senior management.
