Summary:  Learning Operations team member will be responsible for managing and executing training programs using the SABA tool and ServiceNow. This role involves close collaboration with OTE team to ensure seamless planning and implementation of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Management:
    • Oversee the execution of training programs planned by the OTE team.
    • Utilize the SABA tool for managing learning content, tracking progress, and reporting.
    • Coordinate with various function domain owners to ensure training schedules are adhered to.
  • ServiceNow Administration:
    • Manage training-related requests and tickets through ServiceNow.
    • Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs and provide support to end-users.
  • Project Management:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor training projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Maintain effective communication with the OTE team and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on training program status and any issues encountered.
    • Facilitate meetings and discussions to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field.
    • 3-5 yrs of experience in Learning program management
    • Experience with Learning Management system (LMS) and Case management -preferably SABA and ServiceNow tools.
    • Proven track record in project management and training program execution
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excel knowledge skills (Vlookup, Pivots, charts etc)
