Summary:
Expands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process. Maintains appropriate licenses, training and/or certifications, as needed. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs complex transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience with a high degree of accuracy.
- Designs and delivers appropriate training, support and guidance on specialized HR programs and processes, responding to and resolving increasingly complex issues.
- Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
- Researches, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data to create shared service presentations, training materials, reports, and metrics.
- Responsible for the training/cross-training of HR Shared Services team on the employment life-cycle processes. Train other teams on shared services processes and programs.
- Providing support to the HR Shared Services team by resolving escalations and by providing guidance to junior team members.
- Works with external stakeholders and multiple SMEs to execute HR programs and processes.
- Operates under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Leading / working with a team – reviews and assesses talent and performance against documented processes and service level agreements, keen eye on efficiency/effectiveness.
- Problem Solving in context to HR Operational issues – knowledge and experience in HR operational programs/activities, resourceful and innovative, resilient
- System and Tools – In-depth knowledge and experience with Workday or a comparable HR Tool/System, HR operational execution and service delivery, supervisory experience and project management experience.
- Advanced excel skills to provide reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards
- 5 - 9 years of experience
